Our property management company is looking for a motivated cleaner who works well independently. Located in Oakland on Fifth Avenue. Please respond via e-mail ONLY with your resume/qualifications and hourly wage expectation. No phone calls will be accepted. Details: 2x weekly cleaning of common areas (hallways, laundry room, work out room, lobbies, stairwells, mail room)You pick your own hours between 8 AM and 7 PM Sunday through SaturdayIndependent contractor position. You are not an employee of the companyCleaning vacant apartments for new tenants. (Mostly May-August).Pay is based on experience and qualifications.May be offered other odds/ends jobs that you can choose to do or not. (Shoveling snow, pulling weeds, parking lot clean up, etc.) NOT REQUIRED to be hired
