This is an outdoor event. Event is Saturday July 23 from 11am-6pm and Sunday July 24 from 11am-5pm.
There is a NON-REFUNDABLE $25 vending fee per 8x10 space per day or $40 for two 8x10 spaces per day. Signed contracts can be emailed, completed, and signed by Friday July 22 at the close of business or at time of setup on the day of the event. Vendors are asked to arrive and set-up between 10am-11am, so event may begin promptly at 11am. If you have to arrive later, kindly advise prior to the event.
No drugs, alcohol, food, or drinks permitted to sell. Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase by event coordinator. You do not have to have a business license for this event. Please practice safe covid protocols and no loud music.
Must bring your own table and canopy/tent as event space is uncovered and canopies/tents are not provided if needed for shade. 8x10 Pop-up tents work best. Event will be on grassy area. Please park in the back in designated spaces following signs to 6712 Burch Hill Road.
