I'm a 69 year young disabled male who needs a live-in male caregiver to assist with shower (mainly washing back) and then applying prescribed lotion into skin. I have a skin condition (Seborrheic Keratosis) which is where the skin has small white pimple like breakouts that causes an itching condition. This is hereditary and is NOT contagious. Also stroke and cancer survivor. Lite house duties and errands. No experience necessary but would like you to be willing to learn. Normally rent would be $1,025/month but with your assistance, rent would be reduced to approximently $750 - $800/month depending on how many hours you work. Rent includes all utilities, meals, parking, package room fee, and paper products. Washer/dryer inside apartment. Room unfurnished. Access to pool, fitness center, sand volleyball, basketball court, and bbq area. This is a luxurious gated community. You must be approved by the corporate office which will include a credit and background check, before move-in. This process can take up to 2 weeks. Need by the first of August.
