We are a faith based company seeking Garbage Truck Helpers. Our ideal candidate is punctual, professional, is a team player and has a "whatever it takes" attitude. This job requires hustle and hard work to serve the community. Seeking strong and fit individuals to help with garbage routes. Responsibilities include: Ensuring the garbage goes in the back of the garbage truck in a timely manner. Respecting the cans and homeowners personal property by emptying cans with care. Being Punctual and dependable - shifts start at 5:30am Tuesday-Friday and an occasional Saturday. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age Must pass drug test and background check Must follow all safety protocol with precision Be able to work in all weather conditions 100% availability on scheduled work days Non-smoker of any kind (cigarettes, vapes, etc) Positive mindset and attitude Clean language Excellent Communication Skills Salary and Benefits: $35,000 annually + monthly bonuses for performance goals met After 30 Days: Health, Dental, Vision options, 401K Fitness Club Membership If you are interested please reply to this with a paragraph about yourself.
