Housekeeping for vacation rental homes

We are looking for part-time housekeeper(s) who is honest, reliable, and detail-oriented to help us with doing turnover/cleaning for two of our vacation rental homes: 1) Townhome near Two Harbors at Superior Shores resort. It is a 3 bedroom (1 is a loft with beds) and 2 bathrooms townhome. 2) Lake Cottage 25 minutes South of Superior on Dowling Lake. It has 7 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Previous cleaning or relevant experience required. Cleanliness is critical for us to maintain a great guest experience which impacts reviews. Responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, cleaning surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, laundry (washer/dryer is on site), making beds, tidying up and other cleaning to make sure it is ready for guests. Days needed could include any day of the week from 11 am to 4 pm. We pay a flat rate. Some days will be shorter and some longer but it will even out over time and give you consistent income. Dowling Lake Cottage rate is $200/turnover and Two Harbors townhome is $160/turnover. If interested, please provide an overview of your background / relevant experience when responding to this.
