Hiring Full-Time Residential Housekeepers And Part-Time Post Construction and Make Ready Cleaning Technicians $13.00 to $15.00 starting salary based on experience. Shinebrightcs.com Must have a valid DL, pass background Check and have own transportation. Duties/Responsibilities: Dust and clean ceiling vents, surface areas, and counter surfaces. Perform general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors. Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products. Ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products. Use vacuum equipment to clean carpets, perform additional treatments (i.e. shampoo carpets, stain-removal) as needed. Dispose of trash from bins and containers. Polish furniture and room accessories as needed. Scrub sinks, basins, and toilets in private and public bathrooms. Keep all public spaces neat and tidy. Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors. Report repairs and replacements when encountered on job. Perform ad hoc duties/tasks as assigned.
