Hello. I have an AKC Black Lab pup (born Nov 2021), Finn, that I am rehoming. Finn has been trained as an Emotional Support Animal. Before you question my reasons for rehoming, please know that this is the hardest thing I have ever had to do, and I am only thinking of the benefits for Finn. He has been handfed since I got him at 8 weeks old. He has been umbilical trained with me and I will tell you how to train him to you (if you need that). Finn is such a sweet boy and wants only to be near you and please you. He loves to play, fetch, wrestle and play tug of war. He is great with kids, very laid back, and also great with other dogs. He sleeps on the bed or on the floor in my bedroom and he loves treats. I could go on and on about his attributes. He is house-trained but will most likely have an accident or two while getting acclimated to a new environment. He comes with all his paperwork, registration, shot records, horse trough cooling pool (he loves the water), and some toys.
