Description

We're BACK! The 3rd Annual CINCIFATTY SPLASH is ON! Sunday, August 14th from 6:30-9pm This is a gender inclusive, adult-only (18+) event for ALL bodies to enjoy. TICKETS: A ticket is required to attend. Suggested ticket offering is $20/per person. Can't afford that? Pay what you can - no questions asked. Can afford more? Pay what you can to help someone else attend. Offerings cover the pool rental and light refreshments. WHAT TO EXPECT: The outdoor pool at Waterworks in Norwood is reserved for our private party the evening of August 14th. There are approximately 20 chairs on the pool deck (some with arms, some without) and plenty of space to spread out a towel or blanket. There are approximately 80 parking spaces in the two adjacent parking lots and some street parking available. We'll have a playlist going that you're welcome to contribute to on Spotify WHAT TO BRING: Whatever you need to feel comfortable! We suggest bringing your hot bod #allbodiesaregoodbodies, your swimsuit, a towel, and sunscreen. You're also welcome to bring a chair or blanket, a fun floatie, a snack, or beverage (no glass bottles). ACCESSIBILITY NOTES: The entrance to the pool is a 30 yard walk from the parking lot. The parking to the left (if facing the pool from the street) is down a long, sloped driveway and requires an uphill walk. The parking to the right is a flat walk. Pool entrances include ladders (in the deep and shallow ends), a ramp, a slide (stairs up to the slide), and a diving board. CINCIFATTY SPLASH 2022 COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS: 1. We will not be serving food or asking you to bring food to share at this event. This is primarily to avoid gathering around a table. INSTEAD - We will have a basket of snacks to pick from when you check in. You are welcome to bring your own food and beverage to enjoy on site. Alcohol is permitted. No glass please. 2. We recommend maintaining a 6 foot social distance from people who are not in your household/bubble. We are confident that the pool is large enough and number of guests small enough that distancing is accessible. 3. We ask that everyone wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth when you are indoors (restrooms, changing rooms, etc) and when you cannot maintain social distance outdoors on the pool deck. 4. We will provide disposable masks, hand sanitizer, and sanitizing aerosol spray for guest use. 5. We will ask COVID-19 screening questions to all guests upon arrival (examples: have you tested positive in the last two weeks? have you been exposed to anyone who has tested positive/had an active infection in the last two weeks? do you have any of the symptoms?) We are a community and this is a community event. We expect that everyone will make choices that are in the best interest of the community including: stay home if you are sick! know your boundaries ask for what you need from your fellow community members
