Come eat chocolate Saturday, 23, 2022 from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at this Chocolate Monster Pairing class at the Downtown Dayton Library in Conference Room ROOM 1A. The Monster Pairing Class will featuring pairings from local and area farmers and makers, including Mission of Mary Cooperative, The Rhined, Spice Paradise Dayton.
This pairing class is a continuation of our Frequent Chocolate Eaters Tasting series and so you can expect to learn more about craft chocolate and chocolate origins while we experiment with out of the box flavor combinations. Class will include 5 Monster Pairings, additional chocolate samples, flavor tasting wheel, palate cleanse, and instruction.
