I have taught Improv in NYC and Europe. This class is an inclusive class great for Beginners and Experienced Theater Improvisers. I always start with a few minutes of Mindfulness, tuning in to yourself. Then we advance to some easy and fun physical warm ups based that are fun and release your spontaneity. Then.....we do some basic Theater Games to warm up and connect with each other, followed by short, easy scenes. You don't have to do scenes if you don't want to. The atmosphere is supportive and safe. You must have a vaccination card to bring to the studio. The cost is $15 for two lively, interactive hours !
