FILL YOUR BACKPACK Life is a challenge but you do not have to face it alone. S and F Athletes and Hidden Jewels Consulting invite you to our 2nd annual back to school community celebration backpack and sneakers giveaway. We partner with others to create a culture and atmosphere for youth, families and communities to come together to bond, fellowship, feel safe and supported. Your well-being and safety is our concern and making sure your essential needs are met by assisting you and your family with school supplies and sneakers for the upcoming school year. Event Detail All registered participant will need to arrive between 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm to assure their backpack's to fill it and to receive their sneakers. After 6:30 pm, it becomes first come first serve basis. You will need to completed this registration to participate in our backpack giveaway and you will need to clink on the link to register to participate in the sneaker giveaway. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1DT1UIjHwhccXhuqiQNFBHJJz7o75JGaiuMd1sxP4suA/edit?usp=sharingStudents will need to be with parent/guardians to participate. At the arrival, per family, each student with parent/guardian will check in first, each student will receive a backpack and the parent/guardian will receive a card with a number on it to be punched by each vendor after checking in has been completed. Once check in has been completed, each family will need to visit each vendor with a number to receive the give away item to fill the student backpack and to have their card punched.You are welcome to go in any order you like. Once you have visited all vendors and every number has been punched that represent a vendor. You will please turn in your card before you leave at the exit table and check to see if your ticket that you receive at check in is a winning ticket. Please be sure to visit the food truck.
