The UHS Black Leadership Network invites you to join us for an evening of celebration and recognition of deserving students who will be awarded scholarships on behalf of BLN. This year we are pleased to announce we will be awarding eleven students across the entire UH System Universities each with a $1,000.00 scholarship towards their tuitions for the next year. This In-person event will be held July 21st 2022 University of Houston University Campus 4800 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd (Formerly Calhoun Road) M.D. Anderson Library Elizabeth D. Rockwell Pavilion Second floor of the MD Anderson Library near the west wall Closest visitor parking: Welcome Center Garage or the UH Hilton Hotel Underground parking. (pay with credit card) BLN Mission Statement: “Support and celebrate the inclusion and progress of UH Black faculty, staff, students, alumni and community.” Purchase tickets now for this spectacular event all proceeds and donations will go toward the 2023 UHS BLN Student Scholarship Awards.
