Central Texas Friday Night Throwdown 2022 is CrossFit Community at its best. A friendly competitive WOD at local area boxes every week during the summer. All Movements will be CrossFit games/open standard, RX and Scaled both. There will be one workout. Winner takes all. If there happens to be a tie, we will come up with a tie breaker on the spot. Please bring a friendly attitude and competitive spirit.

Athletes will begin in front of the rower facing the rower. At the start of 3,2,1 go, athletes will move to the rower and perform 12 Calorie Row, 12 Burpees over the Rower, then move to the barbell and perform 12 Deadlifts. Going back to the Rower the athlete will then complete 10 Calorie Row, 10 Burpees over the Rower and 10 Power Cleans. Back to the Rower and complete 8 Calorie Row, 8 Burpees over the Rower and 8 Front Squats. Last set the athlete will complete 6 Calorie Row, 6 Burpees over the Rower and 6 Shoulder to Overhead.
There will be a Tie Break after each set of Burpees over the Rower.
Heats will follow immediately one after the other. We are asking you to judge the heat that is following yours. We are a community and this is about the support, camarderie and of course a good time.
The heats will be filled upon request first.
If divisions fill quickly. We will open up more spots (limited).
