Unlike typical workout classes, Dance Dance Party Party™ has no instructors, no fitness goals, and nothing to prove. This event is for cis and trans women, as well as non-binary people who are comfortable in a space that centers the experiences of women. For the past decade, we've been boogying our butts off in a dance studio illuminated with disco lights to an eclectic mix of table-busting jams and shake it out in whatever way feels right. It's like reliving that late-night dance party from a sleepover you had when you were 10, and it's truly a beautiful thing. Join us! WHEN: the 2nd & 4th Sundays each month, from 4 - 5 p.m. WHERE: 4057 N. Damen Ave., Chicago, IL CAPACITY: We are currently limiting capacity to 12 participants per session, and request that all attendees are fully vaccinated (please bring proof of vaccination)! WHAT TO BRING: Yourself, your moves, your ticket confirmation, and a bottle of water (don't worry, we have some at the studio if you forget!) WHAT TO WEAR: Wear whatever you like to move in, and—because we want to keep the studio floor scuff-less—please dance barefoot, in socks, or in rubber-soled athletic shoes ONLY. Only three rules: 1. No boys. 2. No booze. 3. No judgement. LET'S DO THIS THING.
