8/26/22 we celebrate the release of #LetGrow an independent short film from the mind of Pen Franklin. Join us for an event to remember and buzz-worthy network gala . Tweet Your Heat will provide live musical acts, a taste kitchen featuring celebrity chef and an amazing Bar Flare Show. Creator Roosevelt "Big Frank" Thomas was born in Bridgeton, NJ 1986. Currently, he is on a path to success in the entertainment world of music. "Big Frank 302" is a vocalist, instrumentalist, songwriter, producer, and recording engineer. With many talents and attributes, he sharpened his skills by completing six years of chorus, music comp, and music theory. Creating a sound of harmonious vocals mixed with street-savvy lyrics. He admits his late sister Jammi Cameron inspired him to start his career in music. In 2007 he toured the DMV area with former Atlantic Records recording artist “Young Steff” In 2014 he represented Delaware on NBC‘s The Voice and successfully released “Fruendzone” Reaching 1 Million impressions & Pandora’s first independent artist in Kent County. HOW #LETGROW was born 2015 my life changed with the home going of my mother Denise. Choosing to take daily care of my disabled brother, I knew traveling with my gift would become more complex. So I've been set to creating from a place of solitude. I wrote, produced and performed this short film right from home. Three years of production and many nights brought me to a synopsis to measure the earth's balance. "You can't grow a beautiful flower without tearing up some dirt first." Though the tearing up of dirt makes us uncomfortable, it is necessary. An old proverb reads, "The best time to grow a tree is 20 years ago; the second-best time is today." I physically planted this tree 22 years ago, and on April 15th, 2016, it was struck by lightning. I am persuaded to believe that it illuminated my path.
