This is a long shot…in 2010 I adopted a couple of bordercollie Jack Russell puppies from a ranch outside of Susanville. Wondering if by any chance they still are doing the puppy thing. Best dogs I’ve ever owned. Please let me know if you are or know of whom I might be referring to. I’d love to get another one. Sadly, I neutered my boys.
