EnVision Me is a youth-based arts program through the Gantt, and the objective is to provide students of color with high level, inspiring arts instruction so that they can envision a brighter, creative future for themselves.
During this 5-day camp, students will:
Learn how to tell a simple story in a creative way, using their families, friends, and the city as film subjects.Gain introductory experience handling filmmaking equipment. Get creative with the full production experience: developing storylines, interviewing, and editing Hear from experts in filmmaking about career paths and game-changing tipsLearn the 6 documentary modes: Poetic ModeExpository ModeParticipatory ModeObservational ModeReflexive ModePerformative Mode
