CEO Business Centers offers flexible, private, and secure office spaces for small business, entrepreneurs, and start ups in the heart of silicon valley. We are seeking a part time Site Facilitator. Responsibilities: • Respond and escalate tenant requests for maintenance • Provide light maintenance in common areas, hallways, storage, and building parking lot & exterior • Show available office space and building tours to prospective tenants • Provide oversight and assistance for office move-in and move-out • Primary contact for external vendors and contractors • Provide backfill assistance for Office Associates as needed • Stage empty spaces for office tours • Must be able to lift 75 lbs Hours: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Pay: $23/hr + bonus based on company performance
