Rehoming sweet terrier mix dog

Looking for a home for Lucy where she can be the only pet. I found her as a stray last year. She was initially fearful of people and other animals. She has warmed up to people and is very sweet, but she does NOT like other animals. She is very reactive around other dogs, and chases cats relentlessly. She is about 14 lbs, vet estimates her to be 3-4 years old. She is spayed and microchipped and up to date on her shots. I will be screening potential adopters carefully to make sure it’s the right fit, and will ask for a rehoming fee.
