Seeking drummer—Superchunk, GBV, New Order, Nada Surf

Our dummer of many, many years has escaped the bay, so we’re on the lookout. Us: lots and lots of prior experience—albums, touring, etc—but in our early 50’s, and now wanting to do something quality but with reasonable aspirations. Local-ish shows, recording more albums, avoiding being embarrassing dad rock, etc. We rehearse at Secret Studios in SF, usually on Sat late afternoons/eves. We have an album out (message for a link) and tons of new songs/ideas we’d love for you to put your spin on. Stuff we like that comes out in our songs: Superchunk, Big Star, New Order, GBV, Husker Du, Depeche Mode, Nada Surf, The Church, Archers of Loaf, The Cure, Jawbreaker, so much more.
