The 18th Annual Book Lovers' Ball will be held at the Aurora Inn on Friday, October 7th at 6 pm. All funds raised by this gala event support the operations of the Aurora Free Library. The evening includes a sumptuous dinner prepared by the chefs of the Aurora Inn paired with local Finger Lakes wines and Aurora Ale & Lager. There will be a lavish silent auction with items for every taste and budget. And let's not forget dancing to the infectious sounds of the local dance band The Destination.  $35.00 of your ticket purchase is tax-deductible. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You do not need to bring your printed ticket to the event. Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Yes! Please just be sure to let a committee member know when you arrive at the ball. What's the refund policy? We are unable to authorize refunds on ticket purchases. In the event that you cannot attend the ball, you may transfer your ticket to another party. If you would like to donate the value of your ticket, instead of attending the event, the total ticket value becomes tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Please consult your tax preparer.
