Need EXPERIENCED fence builders

Hi I need 3-4 men that know how to actually put up a fence. I need reliable help that has experience. You will be paid Friday for all the work done all week. You won't have to wait two weeks for the first pay time. Please don't waste my time if you don't know how to actually put a fence up. It's hot so please be aware of that. I don't want hear oh I gotta go pick my kids up or no BS. If you want actually work then hit me up if you're on some bs upon arrival you will be sent home. No exceptions. We gotta get this fence put up asap!! If you're one of my helpers that is really showing up and showing out, you will be rewarded. Pay is 16/hr and we will be working all day long until the fence is up or pretty much completed. Then we will be doing more landscaping work like mulch rock etc after the fence is complete. I need RELIABLE EXPERIENCED HELP if that is not you please don't message me.
