Technician needed for irrigation system

Hi. I need someone who is familiar working with sprinkler systems. We just finished our front yard project. Only thing is we need to get the sprinklers working and plant the flowers. I already have some sprinkler heads but I don't know if they're the right ones. Right now none of my sprinklers turn on but I can hear water when I turn the handle. I need someone experienced thank you!
