Eat three keto meals a day. Don’t try to intermittent fast when you are just new to keto. Aim for macros that are approximately 75% fat, 20% protein and 5% carbs instead.
Keep your electrolytes in check! Add salt and minerals, because the keto flu is coming during the first 1-2 weeks.
