I need someone to take video of a memorial service and post-memorial service party from 12:30PM to 9:30PM on Saturday July 16th. Amateur videographers are TOTALLY WELCOME and almost preferred since this is such short notice and the pros are usually booked well in advance. I don't need any editing or any post production, anything like that. Your work begins when you show up and ends when you leave, other than just uploading the raw footage. I can even buy my own sd cards or whatever you use so that you can pop them in at the beginning of the day and pop them out at the end and call it done if that's easier. Or, I can send you home with one of my external hdds and come pick it up at your convenience whenever you get the footage transferred. Your call, or something else. I am not necessarily expecting professional level video here. I am just expecting some documentation of the day, catch some laughs and some conversations, put the day down in 1s and 0s. I'm thinking $300 as the minimum pay for the day. That goes up based on your experience and equipment, and we can talk about that. If you "can" provide professional level looking footage, it obviously goes up too. But to be honest, like I said, I'm not really expecting this to be some kind of wedding quality stuff. So AMATEURS ARE WELCOME. If you like shooting video and have a camera and hopefully a mic and want to get paid and get another project under your belt, this is for you.
