TNR help please!

Is there anyone doing TNR that can help with 3 babies and a momma? She is very feral and may take off once she sees a trap out, but the babies are getting tamer as I feed them. We are in Harrisburg. They can be adopted out or returned here and I will continue to feed them. I cannot make the drop off and pick up times at the TNR clinics, but I can try and do everything else. They really need help; one baby is sickly but will make it with some antibiotics and a little care. I do believe all 3 babies will tame up just fine and make good house cats.
