Singer/Lead Vocalist wants to put together a band

Hello everyone. I play drums and keyboards. And I am a good singer. Clean vocals and I know what I am doing. I grew up in both Atlanta Georgia and Jacksonville Florida. I played Hammond Organ at two VERY big churches, 3500 members or more. But I have always been into the blues, Americana and Rock N Roll. I'm kind of eclectic. I love Little Milton, BB King, Lucky Peterson, Muddy Waters and Bobby Blue Bland, Eric Clapton, The Vaughn Brothers, Dr. John, Sheryl Crowe, Bruce Springsteen, Marvin Sease, Chuck Berry, Fats, Elvis, Mavis Staples! I love what Mavis has been doing from 2007 to now, on Anti Records, with Jeff Tweedy and Ry Crooder! I'm still learning other music artists and their work, both past and present. I also write and record my own material. And I'm looking for some solid musicians who are just that....TIGHT AND SOLID. The last batch I worked with last year, it just wasn't a good fit. And that is what the initial rehearsals are for. To see if you match/click and gel. I've had people to respond to my ad, and think that within a day, we will be on stage making five thousand bucks. And that's just not how it works. Let's first at least sacrifice one evening of rehearsal, to see if we even like ea other musically, and go from there. You never know. That one rehearsal may just be well worth the sacrifice...... We'll need a pianist/keyboard player A second on keyboards/organ Drummer Lead Bass I'm very serious and I DO NOT plan on wasting anyone's time, because I feverishly cannot stand my time being wasted. So I'm going to treat you kind, in hopes to get the same in return. Please be ready to be a part of either a zoom group or text and email thread, AND EVERYONE BE ACTIVE IN THE THREAD, so we can all stay in the loop as a band. I'm looking forward to the musical responses and seeing who's out there!!!
