Fine artist who specializes in classic cars has nearly 100 paintings, most Ferraris and other exciting cars (some even prewar) I'm looking for a future collaborator (even still a student at Pepperdine or Art Center) who has been making small samples and trying to get fashion firms to mass produce them. So what I would so is furnish a sample and you would market it to an apparel firm, be it a blouse, jacket, carrying bag using the image. I would get a flat fee if they adopted it or a per item royalty. you'd get a commission from them or me or maybe you want to make the item yourself? I can meet and show you the samples plus my art.
