Rehoming friendly bulldog/pit bull mix

Looking to rehome my 5 year old bulldog pit bull mix. I need to find him a home by the end of the week! He is extremely friendly, loves to be by your side at all times. Good with kids and other dogs, not sure about cats but he's never shown aggression towards anything so I would assume he'd be fine. He's fully house trained, doesn't tear up the house when I leave him for sometimes 10 hours. He's high energy and loves to play, can get a little anxious if he doesn't get enough play time. He would be great for a family with other dogs or kids. Good on and off the leash...never have to put on a leash to let him in the unfenced yard. He will come with almost a full bag of food, tons of treats, toys, dog bowls, etc. $50 rehoming fee. My only concern is finding him a good home.
