We are Nevada and Clark County Licensed, insured and CPO (Certified Pool and Spa Operator) trained. Our mission is to provide excellent customer service and pool care to our customers. Our company promotes a fun, friendly and supportive atmosphere to work in. We are a Drug free company (420 is OK but not on the Job side!) We are a great workplace, and you will be trained and guided by the owner to find success within our company and in the pool industry. We are looking for a long-term employee to grow with our company. Your Role: You will be given a route of approx. 50+ pools(more after you are well trained!) to complete Monday through Friday. This will include manual labor in the summer heat and winter weather so you must be willing to work in all weather conditions including rain. You need your own truck(insured), driver’s license and Phone (this is a must for our software) but you get all the tools and equipment needed for the job. Maintaining and cleaning a pool consists of leaf netting, vacuuming, brushing walls, testing water, cleaning filters, adding chemicals, maintaining equipment and making occasional on-site repairs. (You get extra paid for every repair!) Pay and Bonuses: In return you will receive an attractive start wage ($600 per week paid every Friday) and regular, consistent full-time hours also we pay you every week $80 on Gas support and every three month a bonus Birthday bonus and Holiday bonus.
