Looking for a Russian or Hermann tortoise. I have a set-up. I just need the tortoise. Willing to pay a small rehoming fee. Not $100-300 like the pet stores. I've already spent a lot on the enclosure, etc. Can't travel too far because my disabled child doesn't do well on long car rides. Can meet in the Ashland, Ironton, or Huntington areas.
