Construction Company leader in the industry is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Coordinate and organize all construction plans, materials, and lumber for each project.
- Update the daily calendar and job log for each team member.
- Coordinate all upcoming jobs with management, team lead and client.
- Manage and update company calendar.
Key Characteristics:
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hard worker with high attention to detail, a good memory, and willing to learn.
- Maintain a set schedule.
- The ideal candidate has the ability to multi-task, is dependable, fast and efficient with the ability to be accurate
while maintaining speed.
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER LICENSE
- Proficient in Microsoft Suites, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Professional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL, specifically as it pertains to visual inspections and design aesthetics.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Hours are Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4 pm, during peak seasons you may be asked to stay after hours
