*****The MS Society is looking for the following support for their annual Ride Across Minnesota!***** We are looking for drivers with experience driving a box truck and pulling a trailer: **Drivers will be driving a 15 passenger van with an 8ft open air trailer **You will be picking up cyclists along the route who might have mechanical issues or need assistance getting to the finish line. They will have a HAM radio operator as a passenger who will work with Net Control and Rest Stops to identify where cyclists who need help are located. Additional drivers needed for Route Unmarking & Rest Stop Assistance *You will be responsible for “sweeping” behind the last cyclist and pulling all directional signage in a box truck *On the following days you will also work an assigned rest stop prior to pulling signs: 7/18: Twig, MN @ 6:30 AM – 9:15 AM 7/20: Virginia, MN @ 6:30 AM – 10:45 AM 7/21: Hoyt Lakes, MN @ 6:30 AM – 10:15 AM 4 Additional Rest Stop Truck Drivers (7.17.2022 - 7.22.2022 ) 1 Additional Luggage Truck Driver / Rest Stop Support (7.17.2022 - 7.22.2022 ) Lodging will be provided for drivers 7.17 - 7.22. Day rate / hourly rate dependant upon experience. Additional Rest Stop Assistance on the following days (no driving experience necessary): **7.18 @ Lavell, MN from 8:15 AM – 1:45 PM **7.18 @ Chisholm, MN from 9:00 AM – 3:45 PM **7/21 @ Two Harbors, MN from 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM Lodging provided the evening before.
