I am a General Contractor. I have a addition with the permit already approved. We have dug out the ditch already. Nice and level and wide. 3# outside corners. We have 10" high x 16" wide x 88' in lenght. ( 3.6 yards ) You will need a pumper trailer. All rebar is No.5 # Two pieces horizontal. With two ends of the footers rebar needed to be drilled and epoxy into existing foundation. There is 5" hooks 18" on center and 40" in length. 60# Total. Project is ready immediately. I will pay on completion. The foundation walls can be bid on and agreed on when the footers are started. ( Simple foundation. Foundation wall is 36" in height from the top of the footer. )
