Lawn Technician-experienced (Fort Collins) Lawn technicians perform a variety of maintenance tasks to promote the healthy growth of our client’s turf including: debris cleanup, turf mowing and trimming, power edging and weed suppression. Monday - Friday route within Fort Collins & Timnath. Technicians will safely operate equipment to efficiently accomplish maintenance tasks. As a Lawn Technician, you would provide detailed, timely feedback concerning the health of client’s turf and overall landscape needs. Excellent attention to detail while performing tasks at a rigorous pace Ability to problem solve and make sound decisions relating to service excellence, safety, team success and productivity Completing daily property notes at a high standard and communicating urgent needs promptly Properly operate large mowing equipment, trimmers, blowers, power-edger, aerator, plant pruning tools (limited tree trimming), and chemical application equipment including weed sprayers Ability to lift/carry 50 pounds. Stamina to work in the extremes of Colorado’s hot and cold climate. 40 Hrs. / Week, March-Dec. We work Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm or 7:00am- 3:30pm in hot weather. Opportunities to work on Holiday lighting team after fall clean ups in November and again on lighting take down in January. We value our talented team. Must have reliable transportation to and from the our shop and a reliable form of communication. Severe or unexpected seasonal weather can dramatically affect landscaping work. Team members must be flexible with route/task and work-day rescheduling. Managers strive to communicate promptly with team members when weather requires changes to schedules. Valid CO Driver's License and insurable by our insurance carriers.
