My top-40s cover band is looking for a new female lead/rhythm guitarist. We play high-energy music, including modern pop-rock, 90's, ‘80s, as well as some Motown and modern rock so a little bit of everything. We play out about once a month and have done all types of gigs, including wedding, casinos, festival, block parties and bars. What we're looking for: a guitarist player with melodic sensibility who can quickly learn the basic chord progressions and occasionally solo as needed. Must have some ability to provide vocal harmonies and ideally provide an occasional lead vocal. We practice once a week in the city. Reliable transportation needed.
