Songwriter/Guitarist In Search of Bandmates

Please read. I'm trying to be flat out honest because I don't want to waste your time or my time :) 33 year old Singer Songwriter looking for people interested in playing my music with me. I have no way to pay bandmates, but any paid gigs we get would obviously be split. I have been searching for years, but haven't found people willing/able to dedicate time to consistently practice. After trying and failing many times, I decided I just need to make the music on my own. I have had some small successes, and I really think if we tried we could make something of it. I've had 2 songs featured on 92.5 The Rivers Homegrown Showcase. I've also had a few videos get traction on Tiktok (best has 222k views and 22k likes.) Doing it on my own has left me unable to play shows the way I'd like to. My only option right now would be to play acoustic gigs, but I'd really like to perform closer to the recorded full band songs I have. Because I've gotten to the point of doing this on my own, I would prefer to still do the writing and recording on my own. If we get to a point of doing this full time, I'd definitely be open to writing/recording together as a band. Right now it would just be too difficult. Most of the time I get an idea at 11pm and start messing with it on the spot. That doesn't mean I'm not open to suggestions, I just can't let other peoples schedules determine my writing right now if I want to get anything done. I don't know what genre to classify as. I have obvious Emo/Pop Punk/Folk influences, but I also have tracks with LoFi beats and smooth r&b style vocals. I also love catchy pop songs. Years ago I was part of the NH Indie band Call Her Alaska. This music may be similar in ways, but I'm really trying to branch out and make unique music that still appeals to a range of listeners.
