Must be 21+ Plenus Farms - We pride ourselves on our high-quality product at mid-tier prices! Plenus Farms is an outdoor Tier 3 and Tier 2 producer processor located in George, WA. We currently manage 1,100+ plants and are doing full term plants. We have an "old school" craft approach to growing combined with a commercial agriculture production mindset. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for plants, a strong work ethic, ability to multitask and excellent problem-solving skills – and of course be pleasant to be around! We are still a growing farm company and with that the work flow can change drastically. Typical work weeks currently are 30-50hrs a week. With longer hours coming in the fall for harvest (September-November). Because we are a small company there may occasionally be chances to earn extra hours helping with the packaging department. Other experience we are looking for is: irrigation/landscaping, construction, mechanical Responsibilities: Watering Mixing fertilizer Water Line maintenance General repairs/upgrades Spray foliage with nutrients. Trim, prune, top, train, harvest and hang plants. Dispense Beneficial Insects Weeding Cleaning and deep cleaning as needed Manage time efficiently Sit/stand for long periods of time while focusing on detail-oriented work Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist other departments as needed Perform any other duties as assigned Role Requirements Availability to work Monday-Friday 6am-2:30 This position requires heavy to moderate lifting. Be able to bend, twist, stretch, and reach without issue. Ability to listen to and correctly follow instructions Ability to focus on task for a long period of time Must be able to work weekends if needed Trustworthiness Work with a sense of urgency Work well with others Reliable attendance Reliable transportation required.
