Vocalist & drummer looking high and low for some solid musicians who are interested in creating a modern dark country/bluegrass/blues rock cover band. Some examples to get a picture of what that is: Joe Bonamasa - black lung heartache. Brett Detar - Satan’s foot on my neck. Blues Saraceno - Evil ways, Outlaw justice, Low down dirty shame. Steeldrivers - Midnight train to Memphis, good corn liquor, blue side of the mountain. Nick Nolan - Life of sin Tyler Childers - Whitehouse road. etc… Other artists of interest: Rhett Walker Band Deadman’s Ransom Warren Zeiders Charlie Daniels Band The White Stripes Allison Kraus & the Union Station Mumford & Sons Old Crow Medicine Show Etc… Our local area would eat this stuff up! The goal is to gig out occasionally at local/semi local public events and private parties. The band needs to be professional and dress the part a bit. I preferably want to lead the band as the vocalist, but I’m also a seasoned drummer and would be happy to be on the kit if needed.
