Need to rehome Turtle

My old roommate abandoned his 6 year old red eared slider. I am unable to take it. I believe it is a male but an not 100% sure. I can provide a large and small tank, lighting and anything else that was left behind. I am willing to give some additional money as a transportation fee. Friendly turtle who gets excited when you come home and will lightly splash because of their excitement. I am really in a jam but would like this turtle to end up in a good home. Turtle is currently in Fishtown, Philadelphia.
