Experienced Attic work and Caulking/Painting

I am not looking for a company, only an individual or two who has some experience. Please send your phone number, your experience level and what you are experienced with that is applicable to the tasks above and if you have a truck or van or tools. I may be on the job and unable to email back $25 per hour and I will assist. Two sets of tasks. Need one person for each task. Can be the same person. Need experienced attic person that can walk on beams and hold on to joists to move around without stepping through the sheetrock ceiling. Must be medium or smaller build to fit through crawl space in attic. Inspect ducts in attic for damage. If damaged, then replace. Cut mesh screen to attach to inside of event to prevent pest intrusion. Using blower equipment, blow cellulose insulation. Need truck or van or trailer to move 20 bundles of cellulose insulation. Will pay extra for use of vehicle to move insulation bundles. Due to the heat, we will do this early morning until it gets too hot to work. Can be done over multiple days. Will provide supplies and tools. This work is located near parmer and mopac. _______________________ Below can be a different person. Need caulking and painting, possibly trim board replacement on side of chimneys near top. Have safety/climbing harness for worker. Have rope to tie ladder to chimney eliminate ladder falling. Ladder is 17 ft long. Top of chimney is 19 or 20 ft. Two chimneys, one on either side of the duplex. Both need work. Have 24 ft extension ladder, but need something to move it from another location. Will provide supplies and tools. Due to the heat, we will do this early morning until it gets too hot to work. Can be done over multiple days. Work is located near parmer and mopac. Four or more hours of work. .
