Owner is in houston and can not get off work to finish myself. Need fast and reasonable make readies. preferably by bid. Hourly is possibility. You would talk to me by phone show me your I.D and your tools by phone and see if we want to work together. 2 units to make ready ASAP on a four plex. We are making rent ready not fancy or sale ready. Everything has to work, All deferred maintenance caught up outside and inside. both units clean and bug free, sheet rock, walls and ceilings 1st then paint my colors and plug plates etc. BID sheet rock ceilings, fire walls in attic small patches if any. Kilz one bdrm and ceiling and prepped for paint. Then finish plumbing. Then finish make ready.
