Looking for part time help with residential maintenance/yard stuff. Ideally, 2-5 days a week for 5-8 hours. Workday typically starts at 10am-5pm, but can be somewhat flexible. Days very flexible, can work with your schedule for the right candidate. Tasks may include: Replace simple fixtures, ceiling fans, etc. Change HVAC filters/clean coil Light carpentry Power washing Weeding/yard clean up/planting shrubbery Helping to clean out garage/basement Pay depends on experience-- up to $27.50 per hour for highly experienced with some skills.
