280 sqft deck needs to be framed. The scope of work 6x6 post, 2x10 joist, and new rim joist on kitchen nook before deck band board is attached. The L-shaped deck needs a beam on the corner of the house which will have 8' joist on the house side and 16' joist heading away from the house. Start Monday the 11th if you have good pics of recent work, lumber on site. Include contact info.
