Looking for a mechanic that works on boats. I have a 23' Sea Ray Inboard/Outboard. Boat starts, prop sins but forward and reverse will not engage. We were on the Mohawk going along at a good speed and the motor pretty much stopped pushing the boat. We had to get towed in by another boat. Looking for someone who could help us out with figuring out what is wong.
