Looking for Hourly Rate and Rough Estimate from Pix and scope below. We will provide ALL supplies. We can meet in person to write up formal scope / price / hours but I can't meet without a general idea of what you may charge. Need to know your hourly price and ability to complete before meeting. Trying to save everyone time! We had a plumbing leak inside wall of a bedroom. Repaired Leak. Scope all takes place in one bedroom: 1) Drywall needs to go up (Roughly 45 sq ft) 2) Mud / Tape / Texture / Paint New Drywall Only 3) Remove and Replace Laminate with LVT (Roughly 150 sq ft) 4) Replace Baseboard Trim (Roughly 48 ft) 5) Paint / Caulk Base Board Trim Please email ROUGH estimate of hours, your hourly rate and your availability.
