Looking for a drummer who doesn't change their mind for no reason. No flakes Jose. We want a drummer who REALLY DOES WANT TO JAM. Must humbly appreciate an opportunity. Unless you're educated in music, drummers don't produce notes, let alone compose music, they hit things with sticks, and hopefully on-time. I can program a drum machine and extremely well. You can't program original music (notes, melodies, chords, etc) unless you've studied music. No egotistical drummers paleez. Know your role and pecking order unless you can explain composition of notes, music, scales, chords, songwriting, form, etc etc.
