We need a tech for the following positions This week no later than July 14th. Comp is $30/hr 1 month project & 1 Full day support, Both are: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, 1 hour luch   JD Skillset Requirement   1.  High level proficiency in Windows 7 and Windows 10 3.  Intermediate to high level proficiency in Apple Mac Operating systems (Sierra, High Sierra, Mojave, Catalina and BigSur) 4.  Intermediate to high level proficiency in Mobility Device Management (MDM) in IOS and Android operating systems and basic knowledge in Microsoft InTune. 5.  High level proficiency in IMAC process (Install, Move, Add and Change). 6.  Intermediate to high level proficiency in IT Asset management (ITAM), (Desktops, laptops, mobile devices and other IT peripherals). 7.  Proficiency in ITIL and Agile process (vast exposure to SLA, Ticketing system, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy etc.,) 8.  Basic to intermediate proficiency in network troubleshooting and understanding TCP/IP. 9.  Intermediate to proficient knowledge in Microsoft 365 architecture and Office 365 environment. 10. Basic to intermediate antivirus troubleshooting (understanding of Trend AV and other enterprise antivirus architecture) 11. Intermediate to high level proficiency in multiple vendor hardware troubleshooting (HP, DELL, LENOVO, etc.,). 12. Basic understanding of software deployment through SCCM. 13. Proficient knowledge in manual software installation and troubleshooting. 14. Proficient knowledge in VIP user handling and task prioritization.
