Lot Scrape, Grade, Compact, Gravel, Bollards, etc.

Hi! We're looking for somebody who owns a tractor and the necessary accessories (blade, grading box, bucket, etc.) to help with the following: - scrape weeds from the surface of the lot - grade / level the lot to remove potholes and trenches caused by truck tires - compact the soil with the use of a water truck - spread gravel We also plan to install safety bollards around the lot, so would like some help with pouring the concrete for each base and mounting the base to that concrete. The lot is about 2/3 of an acre with some areas not needing much work. I believe this job could be completed in one weekend.
