Cutting Edge Construction is looking for an experienced Framer in the Houston TX and surrounding areas. We specialize in building beautiful outdoor patios, pavilions and pergolas for our clients. From our back office to our sales team and to our amazing builders we always over deliver to bring a unique design that fits our customers needs. See pictures below of our common projects. Job Duties: - Working with the coordinating and sales team to meet customers needs - Picking up Material when needed (We always purchase material on our end) - Building out the customers project in a timely manner - Directing and working with a team to complete the job. Requirements: - Must have 5+ years of experience in framing - Must be reliable and report to job sites on time. - Must have a truck and tools to perform your job. - Huge plus if you have a crew of 5-8 - Must take pride in your work. Pay compensation: \$4/SF metal roof with no ceiling $5/SF shingle roof with no ceiling $6/SF Metal roof with ceiling $8/SF Shingle roof with ceiling Gable or hip style pavilions Ceilings will consist of rough cut 1x6 planks or tongue and groove placed over rafters or under rafters You will not be purchasing any material.
